HYDROJUG Terms of Service

Order Confirmation and Processing

All orders placed through HYDROJUG are subject to our approval. We perform stock and price verification before finalizing any purchase. Due to supply limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or fraud concerns, we reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject orders at our discretion.

Once approved, order processing generally takes between 1-3 business days. Shipping transit time is estimated at 7-12 business days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your order details.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after your purchase. After this 24-hour window, orders proceed to fulfillment automatically and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and kept in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival. To begin a return, please contact HYDROJUG customer care via email at maxduca422@gmail.com for authorization and instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used when placing your order.
